Our most modern building with seven flats of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, deep balconies, fully fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces and lounge/dining room. These flats are the ultimate in quality and luxury, beautifully finished, fabulous 360 degree views and everything you could want on site.

Don’t want to cook, have our chef prepare a meal on our roof top restaurant or delivered direct to your flat. Want to use the internet? It’s available at Al Gezera for free. Keep the kids entertained with the large swimming pool and small children’s pool. Our reception area is a great chill out zone with a guest donated library. There is also a washing machine available for use by all guests.

Goubli is about 1 mile from the ferry, but don’t worry with our courtesy car and driver this does not mean you are isolated. It is also on a local bus route and of course any taxi will bring you from the ferry for under a dollar.

Four flats face the Nile and these are (from the ground up): Maat, Mut, Hathor and Bast. There are only 3 flats facing the hills : (from the top down they are) Sekhmet, Selket and Neith.

This building is situated on one mile from the banks of the Nile, in a rural location so lots of peace and quiet. Within sight of Hatshepsut’s temple with fabulous views of the Theban Hills and all round panoramic views.

Goubli is well served with communal facilities; there is a reception area with a lounge and library. Free Wi-Fi is provided for those unable to log off. The front garden and patio makes a nice relaxing view of the local life. There is a large swimming pool with children’s pool and finally a roof top restaurant. Chef cooks to order and can serve on the roof, by the pool or even in your own flat.

We have members of staff on the premises 24/7 and they clean and maintain the communal areas, the pool and will run errands or help with translation.

This was our third building and built after Mahmoud had visited the UK so has a definite Western feel.

This building is ideal for people want to be located on the West Bank but in a more rural location. With its in-house restaurant there no need to cook unless you want to. There are 23 ticketed sites in Luxor and 21 are on the West Bank. So plenty to see and do. Fancy a camel or donkey ride you can set off from the flats around the sites or the village.

The swimming pool is ideal to cool off after a morning of dusty temples and will keep the kids happy. This is an ideal family block.

The flat comprises three bed rooms, two bathrooms a large kitchen and a lounge/dining room. The master bedroom has the ensuite shower room and the family bathroom is shared between the other two bedrooms. There are two balconies to enjoy the view. One is full length and the other at the side. On the ground floor the balcony is replace by a patio leading to the pool. This flat has its own door to the pool.
