Basically the Egyptian summer is hot, really hot, day and night. Sightseeing should be done early morning before temperatures rise. Egyptians siesta in the afternoon and we suggest you do the same. then enjoy the warm evening in outdoor restaurants
Winter is sunny and warm in the day but temperatures drop the moment the sun goes down and at night it can be quite chilly. Bring warm nightclothes! Spring and autumn are good times to visit, not too hot during the day, not too cold at night and not too busy.
The Climate in Egypt
The climate in Egypt is commonly moderate. It is mostly hot or warm at days, and cool at nights.
