We have a variety of flats on our books some we own and manage, others we act as agents. You can be sure whatever your
requirements we can meet them. Prices range from $330 (approx £165 GBP) per week depending on size, location and
time of year. The prices are based per flat and not per occupant.

Our best yet, the brand new flats at Goubli, are now open. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, deep balconies, fully fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces and lounge/dinning room. These flats are the ultimate in quality and luxury, beautifully finished, fabulous 360 degree views and everything you could want on site. Don't want to cook, have our chef prepare a meal on our roof top restaurant or direct to your flat. Want to use the internet, available on site. Yes we learnt our lesson, the new swimming pool will be heated, making winter visits perfect. Finally our oriental garden is designed by the landscape gardener Claude Chauvineau and lots more.
Goubli is about 1 mile from the ferry but don't worry with our courtesy car this does not mean you are isolated. It is also on a local bus route and of course any taxi will bring you from the ferry for under a dollar.
Four flats face the Nile and these are from the ground up Maat, Mut, Hathor and Bast. There are only 3 facing the hills and I have one of them, so from the top down they are Sekhmet and Selket.
Coming soon our Arabesque House at Goubli, traditional style Islamic architectural features and fixtures in the middle of the village.

Situated on the main road in the heart of the West Bank, close
to the majority of historical sites, ideal for the serious sightseer
or independent traveller. With a vista of the Theban hills, fronted
by fields and a view of the Nile from the roof garden.
With our swimming pool and jacuzzi, you can relax after a hard
day's sightseeing by the side of the pool, the first on the West
Bank. We also have a roof terrace with views of Luxor temple,
Hatshepsuts temple and the Theban Hills. And for the less culturally
minded, a pool table!!
The
accommodation consists of 4 modern air-conditioned flats built
specifically for the tourist trade. We pride ourselves on their
cleanliness and combination of simplicity and comfort. Each
flat consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, kitchen, living room and
fully equipped bathroom.
Osirus is the first flat on the ground floor, with direct
access into the swimming pool and its own private patio.

We live in the second flat on the next floor up so are always available to you.
Isis is the third flat and Horus the top floor. Both flats have deep balconies in the front and smaller ones at the rear.
Ra - Penthouse Flat
This is a one bedroom flat that sleeps 4 in comfort. It has a large A/C lounge with A/C with two convertible beds. Although small it has a double bedroom, shower/wet room, kitchen and dining room. Decorated with authentic friezes and a star studded ceiling it has a unique style. With access onto the roof terrace it has to have the best views in Luxor with Luxor Temple one way and Hatshepsut’s temple the other. This flat is only available part of the year as the owner lives here during the winter months so please check availability before booking
All the flats have fabulous views of the Theban Hills as they overlook farm land being on the edge of Al Gezera village.

East Bank flats, these are three double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom.
With a large lounge, fully fitted kitchen and Western bathroom these are ideal
for visitors who want to enjoy Luxor's nightlife. Handy for the centre of tourist
Luxor yet still near to the sites. These flats are managed by us and can booked
directly.
Nut is the top flat, Shu the middle flat and Geb the bottom one. They are
newly built and to the same high standard as our West Bank flats. They have a
roof terrace and are within walking distance of hotels that allow use of their
swimming pool.

We act as agents for a number of
landlords in Luxor this means we can offer accommodation even when we are fully
booked or if someone requires a smaller flat. An example is a two bedroom flat on
the banks of the Nile. If you want one of these flats please book using the option “To Be Allocated”.

Transfers
Transfers from the airport are included BUT please make sure you let
us have your flight details in plenty of time.
Laundry
We can arrange a full laundry service or use of a washing machine.
